Terms of sale

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. Who sells what

These terms apply to any subscription to the Orbikit service, sold by Thomas Schneider EI, 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, SIREN 879946069 RCS Paris. They complete the terms of use, which describe the service, and the privacy policy. You accept them when you subscribe, by ticking the box shown before payment. For any question: the "Help" page of the app, or support@orbikit.com.

2. Plans and prices

Orbikit offers a Free plan, with no payment, described in the terms of use, and three paid plans, Creator, Pro and Manager. The paid plans add features to the Free plan and differ from one another by the number of channels tracked and of collaborators, and by a few features kept for Pro and Manager. What each one includes and its price are shown on the pricing page and summarised before payment. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Orbikit is not subject to VAT (French small business exemption, article 293 B of the general tax code): the price shown is the price paid. The price does not depend on your status, business or individual.

A price may change. You are then told by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and the new price only applies from the renewal that follows that notice; you can stop your subscription before.

3. Subscribing

You subscribe from your Orbikit account, after confirming your e-mail address, whenever you choose. You choose a plan on the "Subscription" page of your account, and give your name, whether you are an individual or a business, and for a business registered in France its SIREN number. You tick the box by which you accept these terms and ask for the subscription to start right away, then enter your billing address and pay on the payment page, by card or by another means it offers depending on your device (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link). Payment is handled by Stripe: Orbikit neither sees nor stores your payment details. You receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice right away, and the subscription starts immediately.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly, with no commitment. It renews by itself every month on the same date, and the price is charged at each renewal to the payment method on file. You can stop it at any time, with no reason to give and no fee, with the "Cancel my subscription" button of the "Subscription" page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and your account then goes back to the Free plan; you receive a confirmation e-mail with the date. The current period is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below.

You can also change plan from the same page. Moving to a larger plan applies right away, the difference being charged pro rata for the remaining days; moving to a smaller plan applies at the next renewal. If you then have more channels or collaborators than the plan allows, the last ones connected or invited are paused: no more collection or access, but nothing is deleted, and they start again as soon as there is room.

If a charge fails, your account goes back to the Free plan at once, with nothing deleted, and an e-mail tells you. The payment is retried automatically for a few days, and at once if you change your payment method; the subscription resumes as soon as it goes through. If it still fails, the subscription stops, with the consequences described in section 7.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. By subscribing, you expressly ask for the service to start right away, without waiting for the end of that period. If you withdraw, the subscription stops at once, your account goes back to the Free plan and Orbikit refunds what you paid, less the days already elapsed, pro rata, the day of the request included, by the same means of payment and no later than 14 days after your request. Each new subscription opens a new period; the renewal of a running subscription does not.

To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from the contract here" button on the "Subscription" page of your account, there for the whole period: it explains what happens, you confirm, you get a dated receipt by e-mail at once, then the refund and the credit note follow. You can also write to us from the "Help" page or at support@orbikit.com, for instance with this text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the Orbikit subscription taken out on [date], for the account [e-mail address]. [Name, date]."

6. Invoices

An invoice is sent to you by e-mail at each payment and stays available from your account. A refund comes with a credit note, sent the same way. Orbikit keeps them for 10 years, as the law requires, even after your account is deleted.

7. End of the subscription

When the subscription ends, whatever the reason, your account goes back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted: one channel is still collected, the others and your collaborators' access are paused, and your partnerships are kept; the features kept for subscriptions come back if you subscribe again. You can also delete your account at any time from the settings. Invoices stay available.

8. Complaints and mediation

If something goes wrong, write to us first from the "Help" page or at support@orbikit.com: we answer every complaint.

If you are an individual and the answer does not satisfy you, or you have had none within two months, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator Orbikit belongs to, within one year of your written complaint: CM2C, Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net, 01 89 47 00 14, contact@cm2c.net.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving an individual living in another country of the more protective rules of that country.
