These terms govern the use of Orbikit, published by Thomas Schneider EI, 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, SIREN 879946069 RCS Paris. The service collects every day the statistics of the YouTube channels you connect, keeps their history, tells you when they move and helps you follow your partnerships with brands. You can write to support from the "Help" page of the app.
If you allow it, Orbikit changes your videos, channel and playlists on YouTube, and posts your answers to comments, only on your click or on the date you scheduled. This is for the subscribed owner of the channel only, never for collaborators. The number of changes per channel per day is limited by Orbikit, not by YouTube: YouTube Studio has no such limit. Just before writing, Orbikit reads YouTube again and sends nothing if anything changed since it was shown. If you disconnect the channel, remove the access in your Google account or your access to Orbikit ends, nothing more is written: what was scheduled stops and nothing is put back. Texts published this way are posted as your channel and must follow YouTube's rules.
You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your password, or the access to your Google account, confidential. You may only connect YouTube channels that you own or are authorised to manage. A channel can only be linked to one user of the service.
Every account starts with the Free plan, with no time limit and no payment method. It tracks one channel, with no collaborator and one partnership open at a time; the day-by-day history is only read for the channel's last 50 videos, and at most three media kit or report PDFs can be made a day. The media kit then carries the mark "Media kit made with Orbikit". Some features are kept for subscriptions: they stay visible in the application, with what they bring, and their current list is on the pricing page. On busy days subscribers come first: with the Free plan, some YouTube data may only be read the next day, and sign-up may be closed for a while, a waiting list then telling you when it opens again. If nobody comes to Orbikit for 30 days, collection of a free account's channels pauses; it starts again at the next visit. A free account nobody uses for 24 months is deleted with its channels and their data, after an e-mail that warns a week before; signing in before that date is enough to keep it.
A paid subscription adds features and widens these limits; what it includes, its price and its terms are shown before you subscribe, and the terms of sale apply to it. When a subscription ends, or while a payment has not gone through, your account goes back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted: one channel is still collected, the others and your collaborators' access are paused, your partnerships stay. When a subscription ends, changes scheduled on YouTube stop without putting anything back; while a payment has not gone through, they wait and resume with it. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
The service uses the official interfaces of YouTube (YouTube API Services) and follows their rules. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The available data depends on YouTube, which may change, limit or remove statistics at any time. Some data is only kept for a limited time, as described in the privacy policy.
You agree not to bypass the limits of the service, not to try to access other users' data and not to use the service in breach of YouTube's terms or of the law.
The collected statistics are for your own monitoring only, and for the documents you choose to pass on to your partners. You may not use them, or the exported files, to monitor people, to make eligibility decisions about them (housing, employment, insurance, credit, education, benefits, immigration status) or to discriminate against them.
What you enter in Orbikit (partnerships, brand contacts, proposals received, notes, media kit texts) is your responsibility. If you enter another person's contact details, you make sure you may do so, and you inform them where the law requires it.
Orbikit links must not lead to unlawful, misleading or malicious content. We may disable a link that breaks this rule, the law or YouTube's terms.
We do our best to collect your statistics every day, without being able to guarantee it: YouTube may be unavailable, deny access or require you to renew your authorisation. A day that could not be collected may be missing from the history.
You can disconnect a channel or delete your account at any time from the app. The related data is deleted from Orbikit within 7 days at the latest, except for the few traces without content described in the privacy policy. Nothing is deleted on YouTube. Changes already made at your request stay there; scheduled ones stop. We may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.
Statistics are provided as transmitted by YouTube. They are given for information only, and we cannot be held liable for decisions made on their basis.
